Financial & Insurance

We never want costs to stand in the way of quality treatment, which is why we are dedicated to providing our patients with care that is both effective and affordable. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.

We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. To help cover any out-of-pocket costs, financing options are available.

If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

We are in-network with most major PPO dental insurances, including Aetna, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, Assurant, Cigna, Delta Dental, GEHA Connection, Guardian, MetLife, United Healthcare, United Concordia and Tricare.

When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let us know.

As a courtesy, we are happy to bill your dental plan for services. Please remember that the contract itemizing your dental benefit is between you, your employer and your insurance carrier. Regardless of coverage, your estimated co-payment is due the day of treatment.

Also remember that the dental insurance plans are not designed to cover all of your dental needs. The amount your dental plan contributes towards your dental care is based on the plan selected and purchased by your employer.

We will fully attempt to help you receive insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. If we are not contracted under your insurance or if you have secondary dental insurance plans, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form.
